Go ahead and implant them as you will be told it's only for their own safety. Will this keep parents off anti-anxiety medication? You do notice that it is the medical profession that is ultimately charged with convincing the population that this technology is necessary? This is the great danger in deifying an entire profession and turning over care of your body to them.

It is much too easy to use the power of the state to then enforce medical decrees, even though they have no scientific basis or merit, other than increasing the power and profitability of the medical industrial complex. This is why the ESTABLISHMENT clause in our duly ordained CONSTITUTION is so very important. All three branches of government have now "sanctioned" and acknowledged the special RELIGIOUS status of the ALLOPATHIC pharmaceutical-medical profession. In church, your tithing is usually voluntary. When you can no longer distinguish where the "church" ends and government begins (and vice/versa) tithing and subjugation becomes endemic and MANDATORY.

You want EVIDENCE? See the DRACONIAN language contained within Senate Bill 1873, otherwise known as the "Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005." Primary sponsor Sen. Richard Burr [NC], along with co-sponsors Sen. Lamar Alexander [TN], Sen. Elizabeth Dole [NC], Sen Michael B. Enzi [WY], Sen. William H. Frist [TN], and Sen. Judd Gregg [NH] should be schooled in the LIMITATIONS of government IMMEDIATELY. If they do not recognize the VIOLATION of INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS within this proposed legislation, then they should be thrown out of the Senate next election due to THEIR de facto REPUGNANCE to the U.S. Constitution. Isn't it nice that certain senators love government power so much that they would be willing to violate constitutional limitations based on the religious "science" and propaganda of an industry brought to "life" in the madness that was I.G. Farben of Germany circa World War II?

Chairman Gregg and Majority Leader Frist earlier this year introduced the Protecting America in the War on Terror Act (S. 3), and Chairman Gregg introduced the Bioterror and Pandemic Preparedness Protection Act (S. 1437) in July. Provisions from both of those bills were included in the Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act (S. 1873), which was passed by the HELP Committee on Oct. 18th.

Even worse, these senators are actually proud of their support for the pharmaceutical overthrow of our national and INDIVIDUAL sovereignty. The medical community first identified H5N1 strains of the so-called bird flu nearly 50 years ago! Now, suddenly in 2005, WITHOUT confirmed human to human transmission, medical/governmental authorities claim that it warrants the abolition of INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY in a nation that was founded to be the shining beacon of freedom on this planet! It should be patently obvious who REALLY needs mental health screening (see senators listed above) to determine their suitability to serve the REPUBLIC to which they have sworn an oath to protect and defend.

Senate S1873 and House HR3970 (companion bill) must be stopped. That is, unless you would like to live in a medical POLICE state. Or perhaps you think it a good idea that "the proposed legislation will strip Americans of the right to a trial by jury if harmed by an experimental or licensed drug or vaccine that they are forced by government to take whenever federal health officials declare a public health emergency."

It would also create a super-secret federal agency, the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency (BARDA), which would be exempt from the Freedom of Information Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act. I think the CIA would kill to have that level of secrecy and TOTAL immunity from responsibility for any of their actions. This sounds more and more like a sound "constitutional" act all the time -- IF it were UNDER the constitution of a totalitarian fascist or communist nation. Which country are we in again?

And I thought that Republicans stood for LIMITED and SMALLER government. Oh, wait, you mean there are Democrats signed on to this excrement, too? How could ANYONE align themselves with these two diseased parties, which have put the acquisition of political power above defending and protecting the CONSTITUTION of this great nation? These senators are not patriots, they are shills for an ORWELLIAN drug and vaccine mandate AGAINST the citizens for which they are supposed to serve, NOT rule. Let's hear from Barbara Loe Fisher of the NVIC:

"This proposed legislation, like the power and money grab by federal health officials and industry in the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and the Project Bioshield Act of 2004, is an unconstitutional attempt by some in Congress to give a taxpayer- funded handout to pharmaceutical companies for drugs and vaccines the government can force all citizens to use while absolving everyone connected from any responsibility for injuries and deaths which occur."

The current mindset in our government is to absolve everyone of their responsibility in order to enslave the population with delusions of a nanny-state that replaces independence with DEPENDENCE. If you accept the "benefit" I guess you really do not have much ground to complain about the accompanying regulation of EVERY nuance of your life, particularly when it comes to your HEALTH. If you turn your health over to the federal government, you have put your life in the hands of people that are so far removed from natural law that they would not even recognize it if their mothers slapped them upside the head with it. If you support congressionally-mandated limitations on healing principles then perhaps you do not deserve the freedom that is your birthright, at least as it was once acknowledged by our Declaration of INDEPENDENCE. Rejecting your birthright is like spitting on that which created you (and I don't mean government).

Deal with it now or next year you may need a permit from BARDA to eat food not genetically modified to contain Bird Flu vaccines. If you think I am being an absurd alarmist, just read the bloody Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act (S. 1873) already.

The final version of S1873 is still being negotiated but is heading to the full Senate for a vote very soon. You need to call and e-mail your Senator right now. This broad bill is being led by Republicans and will incorporate liability protections that will extend beyond bioterrorism products into the commercial market.

House Bill 3970 is a close companion and is also moving quickly Both of these bills will provide extensive liability coverage leaving citizens with no recourse if they are injured or killed by products used during an emergency.
