Honorable Mention goes to medical antagonist Kevin
Trudeau and his multi-million seller Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know
About. He does not need the publicity, but how can I overlook a book that
has sold millions of copies despite being attacked by medical and pharmaceutical
interests through their owned and controlled minions in the mainstream media?
The more they attack Kevin, the more books he sells. If nothing else, he has
proven just how much the American people distrust the pharmaceutical companies
and their agents (dealers). Now, on to the Top 5:
5. MediSIN: The Cause & Solutions To Disease,
Malnutrition And The Medical Sins That Are Killing The World Dr. Scott
Whitaker and Jose' Fleming put together an important book highlighting how
modern medicine has missed the mark when it comes to healing. If this book were
football, it would be playing smashmouth-style. And appropriately so. They also
utilize biblical scripture extensively to relate how unholy the practice of
allopathic medicine has become. The 2005 Los Angeles Black Book Expo
awarded MediSIN Best Non-Fiction (Science). Named "Book of the Year" KHA Books and Conquering Books, LLC.
4. Health Myths EXPOSED
by Shane Ellison, M.Sc. Shane has written a very accessible book that hammers
at the myths
surrounding "better living through pharmaceutical chemistry."
Perhaps what makes this a must-read is his direct assault on worshippers of cholesterol-lowering medication. His three
chapters revealing the truth about what causes (and what does not cause) heart disease
could save more lives than a hospital full of cardiologists. Actually, ten hospitals full,
now that I think about it. Buy this for anyone taking a statin drug and you may
save their life, not to mention the contents of their purse or wallet. Is there
another industry besides allopathic medicine that bankrupts as many Americans?
3. The
Fair Tax Book: Saying Goodbye to the Income Tax and the IRS -- Talk show
host Neal Boortz and Congressman
John Linder do a dance on the current tax code in their impassioned plea for
an alternative way to raise money for the federal bureaucracy. Admittedly, this
plan would not shrink the size of government (as Boortz and I would like to),
being revenue-neutral, but it does bring transparency and true volunteerism back
to what is currently a criminal enterprise. Beyond the revelation that our
current progressive income tax is a key plank in the Communist Manifesto, the
omnipresent Internal Revenue Code teaches citizens that it is perfectly appropriate to plunder the private
property of others. If the government could teach EVERYONE such immoral and
unethical behavior, why does ANYONE still support government schools? Crime and
the income tax system go hand in hand. Perhaps The Fair Tax is a viable step to
re-recognizing property rights despite Kelo vs. New London? Read the book and
you decide. Boortz and Linder have taken IRS-abolition into the mainstream. For
that, at least, they should be applauded.
2. Good To Be King: The Foundation of
Our Constitutional
Freedom by Michael Badnarik takes it to those who believe we are a democracy,
deriving our rights from government. What makes America great? This book
explains it as well as any before. I almost put this book at the top of my list
for 2005, but then I realized that most of America are too chronically ill and
drug dependent to recognize liberty, much less live it. If you do nothing else, read
Chapter 2, which explains Rights vs. Privileges. If American children only
learned about that in government schools, the next generations might restore freedom
to this country. In case you now realize that you missed out on a "constitutional"
education, it's not too late. Thanks to Michael's book, you will understand
that the American Republic was the first nation founded to recognize your Divine Right
to NOT be subjected to tyrannical government. Unfortunately, few presidents in
recent history have truly understood or cared for this fact. After
S1873 passes, this may be the first book that the government must ban in
order to keep citizens convinced that they are merely subjects to a
pharmaceutical theocracy. Get this book immediately so that after completion, it will make
perfect sense to say "It's good to be king!" Thus, you will
also understand when I say, "Their permission is not required."
If only they would place their country OVER their party...
1. Death By Modern Medicine
by Dr.
Carolyn Dean What can I say about a book that puts such accurate perspective
on a wrongly deified profession? Not only can this book save your life,
but it could save this nation. Chronic illness and chronic reliance on a system
that either keeps you sick or makes you into a "former you" warrants
the attention of EVERY American, Democrats and Republicans included (even though
they are deluded). Please tell me what other industry besides the
pharmaceutical/medical cartel could
enjoy such economic joy while causing more death than even the terrorists with
which we are at war. Political (or pharmaceutical?) incorrectness has never been
more valuable in pointing out cognitive medical dissonance that results in
death, suffering and bankruptcy. 784,000 dead American EVERY year deserve more
than "it's just the price of saving lives." I have dubbed
Carolyn Dean as the most dangerous medical doctor in America. To whom is she
dangerous? To those that see no problem with the obscene number of iatrogenic
deaths every year, that's who. To everyone else, she is rightly the person that
has most significantly brought this ugly truth to light -- in the name of truly
SAVING lives! If only she could market like "Natural Cures They Don't Want
You To Know About." Make sure everyone you know has Death By Modern
Medicine so that they might not suffer the same fate as the many that have
misplaced their faith in a false religion, believing that it was benign medical
